Default heat sink

I recently purchased a WLToys V913 Heli. I really love it. However the main and tail motors get really hot after 6-7 minutes of use. I am thinking about applying some heat sink compound (from Radio Shack) to the motors. Any advice about applying the compound and if there will be any significant benefits. Thanks

The compound only acts to transmit heat to an added on heat sink, i.e.fins. The compound itself can be equated to a filler that moves the heat to the true sink.
