Default My Goblin 700 and its batteries...

Hey guys,....I am by no means new to RC Heli's, built, owned and flown many 450's and 500's but never a 700 size electric heli and I have recently hit a wall. I am now the proud father of a Goblin 700 that is nearing completion and all that is left to purchase the batteries. This is where I need your eperience (and thanks in advance for any given).

I have searched the forums on this and many websites but found nothing specific to my question....How do I match the best batteries to my specific motor, esc and flying style? I know it sounds kinda like a nub question but this is my first 700 size heli and I cant quite wrap my head around the numbers. Here are my specs;

Scorpion Commander V 12-50V 130A ESC (OPTO)

Now I know from reading the literature that I can use up to a 12 cell LiPo but how do I decide what's best in terms of mAh? 5000 would obviously last a bit longer, but would it run my electronics too hot? Does a single battery pack have any discernable advantages as opposed to dual 6 cell packs? My flying style is very light 3D. I usually only fly once or twice a week at the most. Any thoughts or <pointing me in the right direction> would be much appreciated.

The best packs I've used are AGA Power USA, Pulse, OptiPower, and Thunder Power

I don't think you're going to find many 12 cell batteries, all my 12S use 2 6S packs with a series connector between them to the ESC

So you'd need 2 6S 50c packs for best 3D performance.
