Yuxiang YXZNRC F09-S - Owner/Flyers Experiences
Hi all. I've started this thread to attract contributions and comments from members who have purchased or flown the Yuxiang YXZNRC F09-S RC helicopter. I've specifically targeted this at the F09-S model, as the flying experience is completely different to the F09 as the -S version has GPS and Optical Flow positioning systems which a) make it a lot easier for low-experience operators to fly without expensive crashes but b) do dominate the way the helicopter flys.
I know that purists say that the F09-S isn't a helicopter and that it is a drone (due to the GPS/OF systems) but that really doesn't allow for the fun and way that this helicopter invites new hobbyists into the pass-time.
I am having great fun. Unfortunately I can't post URL links to my Youtube videos yet, but there are a couple of short (and dreadfully filmed) videos to get things going. Search Youtube with -
