Hi; I have some small machine shop equipment and would like to make some parts. The Flybar in question for my shuttle 30 and my 60 X-Cell . The shuttle flybar measures at .1179" dia. which is supposed to be 3mm. So I ordered a 3 foot bar of 3mm . When it came I tried to put the flybar bearing on and it was too small (the bearing) so I measured the new bar and found the measurment to be .1181 " dia. Which is what the 3mm is supposed to be in our measurment system. Now what is going on here???? Where does Shuttle and X-Cell get their supplies??. Bob

Hey Flyeboy try this solution cut the actual length of the flybar to the shuttle length. Then put the cutted bar in the freezer and freeze it for about 2 to 3 hours or so. After that take the bar out and slot your bearing on Easy. Hopes this helps =)
