With the extremely high prices for helis in the auctions does anybody pay these prices.Iam just curious in knowing how many transactions really happen.

usually you get a little more than half of what you paid for it. It depends what heli you have and who wants it.

I have bought new and used. I got a brand new raptor 61 with engine at an auction for $300. New they are more than double that. If the auction starts getting high, don't bid. If you watch, you can make a great deal. If you pay retail at an auction, its your own fault.

Know what the item is worth and only bid what you want to pay. If you are patient, you can find almost anything. I have made some amazing buys at auctions. Know when not to bid and use a snipe program with your top bid that you want to pay and you will do fine.

I bought a very near new Venture 30 with tt39, 401 gyro, Mav glass blades, volt watch , upgrade muffler, header tank many upgrades. Plus a lot of extra new parts the list goes on at a very good price.
