Will Hitec 5945 digital servos work in a helicopter, I have five sitting around and thinking about getting into helicopters? How about this servo with a Futaba 401 gyro? While I am asking questions give me your thoughts on a beginners helicopter? Raptor???

Raptor is a good choice. Have a look at your local hobby shops and see what they carry parts for. Available parts source locally is realllllly nice.

Any old servo works fine with the 401. ive got one with standard servos, works great.
