I just got into the helis around christmas time. I have a dragonfly (electric) and a shuttle zx (gas), Ive been having alot of trouble with my dragonfly for some reason it just won't stay in the air, it keeps losing power for some reason, if you know why that would be much apreshiated.

If it will only stay in the air for a minute or two, that's a sure sign the motor is pretty much shot. The stock motors in them little birds don't last very long.
