Help!!! Does anyone know of any information about building your own custom fuselage... I was thinking moulded plastic or fibreglass if I can make it light enough and cannot find any resources anywhere that suggests how to go about it... All i'm looking for is something that says 1. make the plug out of this material... 2. then do this 3. then this .... not looking for the most amount of detail...

Got to the composite forum and look there for mold making and layups. Look also in the heli general tab on my Jet Ranger mold and Fuse discussion. We flew the original again last night. Pretty cool.

Glass is easier to build the final product out of. There are a lot of things to use for plugs. Check out the composite section and there are lots of good answers there. Also go to google and search things like mold making, fiberglass molds, composite molds and things like that.
