Default I asked the same question

A few months ago I asked this question and decided to order a Futaba gy401 / Servo combo.
It works GREAT.
Easy to install (small), easy to setup , works great, & not to pricey.
Just as everyone said it would be.

I'm now trying to find a good deal on a second one.

gy401 all the way.

I to will recomend the 401. It is a nice package for the money. And before you ask, yes it will work with a JR system just fine. Just a little triming of the tabs is all that is needed. Enjoy!

I had the same problem with the JR gyro. I now use only Futaba
and they work great!! All I've used is the GY502 & 501 but I heard great things about the GY401.

Hope this helps.

another vote for the GY401/9253 combo. I've been able to fly in evil gusty winds and the tail holds perfectly.

TANKS A LOT EVERYBODY. I will go for the futaba for sure.
My other heli and one of my plane got a JR g 450 in it and the neutral was drifting and I was tinking it is normal. I realise now that is a problem with JR gyro. There is nobody flying chopper in my area and everyting I learn or adjust on heli is only with what I read or experiment and it put me in trouble sometime. Like the heli, I was close to quit because it is verry hard to adjust with no expert to properly help tune it.
By! And tinks again. Normand Allard
