Default Thinking about a heli

I've been flying planes for almost 2 years now. Started flying heli's on RF G2, and I'm thinking I want one of these contraptions. A fellow club member has a 'Cricket' with engine and radio for sale cheap. Is this 'old technology'? Is this thing going to sour me on helis? Some input would be appreciated.

I would say save your money for a more modern heli.

Deadeye! I can hook you up with one of 2 good raptor 30s here. I sold my 60 to Mike and he is selling his 30. Hardly been flown. Its a good one. It would be a lot better. Get a good radio and gyro and your set. Come on down, I will teach you how to fly it. They are a blast.
