This is my first TT50, and I have about 8 tanks, through it. I'm getting 10 minutes flight time, from the main tank. Is this about average? I usually get 15 minutes, with my TT39, so I figure 10 minutes is probably average, for the larger 50. What are the rest of you guys averaging?
Thanks, Mike

I was getting about 30 minutes, too, with my TT 36 in my Hawk Sport (10oz tank). Now I get about 20 minutes out of my OS 50 in my Sceadu Evo 50 (16 oz tank).

Thanks, I guess I'm still running on the rich side. I'll probably lean it out a little more, however, I don't want to lean it out too much, as to risk overheating the engine.

I believe I'll go ahead and start leaning out, gradually. I'm running 3.5 turns, on the high needle, which is rich, compared to other post. A couple of clicks adjustment, at a time, and I'll see how she flys.

Actually, it flies pretty well at that setting, but I do believe the headspeed is on the low side. Before I try any x-treme manuevers, I'll finish breaking it in, and gradually lean it out. I've noticed from other post, that alot of guys have had problems with carb adjustments, on their TT50 & TT39s. I do have a problem with leaning out at mid throttle, and I noticed quite a few guys did the low-end needle modification. I'm seriously thinking about giving the mod a try.
