Where to get a Weston muffler for TT36?
Heliproz has them. Go to their catalog and do a search for "weston".

In case you haven't ordered yet...
You may want to call heliproz and make ure they actually have them in stock. I tried to order the 60 size one but they didn't have any, even though their site says "In stock".
