is the throttle open far enough to get air to the engine, try moving the throttle stick just a little at a time, but be carful so it dosent start with a high rpm for you.

If your getting fuel and your glow plug is good and your glow igniter is charged, it's pretty much has to be your low speed needle. You probably have it turned in to far? Turn it out about half a turn and try it, if it still wont start, turn it out another half turn and try it. If you know your factory settings, put it there and try it and see what happens.

Are you using a remote glow adapter? Depending on the type of remote you are using, if any, you need to visually test to see if its working. If its a single wire remote, make sure the base (remote) part is under one of the engine mounting screws so it is in good contact with the engine. Remove your glow plug and with the remote wire still attached and your igniter attached, touch the threads to the engine and the element should glow. If you are using a two wire remote, then its not necessary to gound the plug to the engine to test it.
