Default Fuel...

So, I've gotten roped into Heli, and I find myself with what appears to
be a fairly new OS 32 engine. I want to keep it running smoothly.
Is Omega 10% going to be ok for this? I'd like to keep the same fuel for
the planes and the heli if possible. The engine seems to run great with it,
I just want to make sure I'm not going to hurt it.

I've heard some say not to use castor, but they didn't say why. (gumming?)
I will religiously run off any remaining fuel after I'm through each time.
Somebody guide me. I'll buy the helicopter fuel if needed, but not unless absolutely necessary.
