It takes almost a second to flip my raptor 50 upside down, and I think this should be at least twice as fast! Anyone here who can do faster flips with his rap50? I would like to know what I have to do to improve this.
Some technical details about my setup. Stock paddles, SAB carbon blades, long tail boom, 8.5 gear ratio. 9202 servos on the cyclic. I have so much cyclic that the swash plate just begins to bind if I throw the cyclic in the corner. You usually dont do that in a flip but I dont think I should set up my cyclic more drastically. RPM about 1800 to 1900. No rpm drop during flips. More details on my webpage: http://graphics.tudelft.nl/~wouter.

Its all in the paddles man....
I run the agressive KSJ paddles, and can get about 20-22 forward tumbles out of it in 45 seconds. Dude, thats fast!
The stock paddles are stable but are whats holding you back from faster sycilic response.
