I'm new to heli, and recently bought a Venture 30. It was new, prebuilt by a shop owner, and the buyer decided he didn't want it.
I went home last night and took by blades off. Then I took a look at my grips. I was really surprised to see that the bearings were held into place with a small screw on each side of the grip.
Can someone tell me if these are the same grips that are on their Venture? I want to know because I was just about ready to order a Ergo grips and some new thrust bearings. Thanks

Yes, these are the standard grips. Don't worry about the screws, the real load is on the inner race of the bearing.
I found out the hard way that the dust covers pop off the bearings a bit too easily. I had to replace the grips after my first crash.
