Hi Guy's!

Has anyone used Rick's RC Helicopters before. I want to place an order and would like some comments if any before I do especially as I am not in the USA and would therefore have very little recourse if anything were to go wrong.

I have never used him, but from what I have read on all the forums it is a very top notch place. Very reliable and very freiendly people, one of the best places to buy on the internet.

I have not used them, but likely will. he has good reviews here and on runryder. I can tell you he is very passionate about the crooks he has dealt with so I'd bet he will hold true to his on his website that he trusts everyone until screwed over. Seems like a class act guy.

Sounds like a top notch place.

There are some places overseas he will not ship to, after having been continually ripped off by folks there.

You might check before making the effort to place an order.

But I'll echo the other's remarks; he is THE best mail-order hobby shop, IMO.

I HAVE USED RICKS AND I AM OVERSEAS I HAD NO PROBLEMS AND THEY DELIVER VERY FAST I HAD ALL MY STUFF IN ABOUT A WEEK

While technically "overseas", Alaska is still the US. Ron ships all over the world. I was referring to a few certain countries, specifically, that have been notorious for various scams/rip-offs.

I haven't been to Ron's site in a while, but he used to have the offending countries listed, as in "I won't ship to these places any more".

Rick's definitely is a quality site. I've called and spoken with Ron Lund, and had parts overnighted from Texas to PA. They have good prices too.

Buy with confidence from Ricks. If you have any questions Nathan will go out of his way to answer and get you what you need.

Ricks is definitely a great operation!
