Two full days of flying putting on demostrations, tired, and trying to get one more flight in. Radio told the heli to do exactly what my fingers made it do....
One of those moves that you just know is going wrong but, can't do anyting about it.

Looks like it had quite a nice canopy, is that one of the Heli-Proz fiberglass ones? What mods have you done to your Raptors that a guy should start thinking about doing. When I get the nose in thing figured out, I might celebrate and get a nice set of blades, might not be a good idea yet, for obvious reasons.

The only mods on this one are the KSJ paddles, Quick UK swashplate and metal washout base. It flies just noticeably better than the other one that has just the KSJ paddles. There is really nothing much that needs upgrading on them but, I like to try out new things.
Blades are about the only upgrade you should think about and only then after you get well into forward flight and are doing aerobatics. The paddles will help with roll and flip rates but make the machine not as smooth.

Guess I am one of those make it better if I can. I bought the 29 bearing kit, things were tight when I first put it together. now that I have it on the bench, and have a chance to look things over real good, I am finding all the places that were tight, are now just right! We'll just keep flying it until, and upgrade blades and such when I really nead to. Just makes good economic sense.
