Default Need help identifying an engine...

I bought an engine that was described to me as an OPS heli engine. I bought it on a whim thinking I could convert it to fixed wing use, but have since decided not to do that, but to sell it off instead. So I also listed it as a heli engine, but I have had one fellow tell me this is a car/buggy enigne. So.... what the heck do I have here? I'm not into either helis or surface vehicles, so I have no clue. There are no stampings on the engine to indicate what size it is, but it appears to be approximately .40. It has a heat sink head and a slide type carb. Anybody want to take a stab at this? Thaks for the help!

definatly a car motor a prop would not fit there without interfearing (hitting) with the carb
