jr 10 x Radio question heli version

Is it normal to see a line go across the screen for a brief second when radio shuts off-Thanks

I'm not sure about the JR 10x but my new JR 9303 does the same thing.

Totally normal. When electronics power up or down, there is a breif period of "randomness" as it were, and displays get a bit odd . . .. Only worry if it stays there when its on . . .
