Got a question about installing this perry pump... says in the book to NOT use any muffler pressure and to keep the tank ventilated. Ok, i can go without the muffler feed, but ventilate the tank?!? How did you guys who use these set your tank up? I'm assuming just seal it where the muffler tube went into it and leave it at that?

If you don't vent the tank then no air can get in to replace the fuel that is pumped out. Likewise, air can't get out when you try to fill the tank.
If the vent is at the top of the tank, run a tube to the bottom so fuel does not run out when the tank is inverted.

Yeah i was looking at that setup too - i think im gonna set it up like that and leave the backpressure on as well. With the backfeed i shouldn't have to worry about overpressuring the tank.
