I ordered some parts for my heli from RCHobby.com about 3 weeks ago and since have not heard anything back from them or recieved the goods, i have tried phoning them but the line is engaged 24/7. Has any one else experienced problems with them.

I haven't dealt with this company myself and I know nothing about them, but.. Go to http://www.domain.com and on the left click on whois. When the screen comes up just type in rchobby.com and it will tell you who owns the company and possibly a better contact number. I did it for you.. Here is the info, you might see a different number to call.

The administrative contact as well as technical contact is the same address and phone number. If that don't get you anywhere, do the same lookup on dotzup.com they seem to be the parent domain in this case.
