first off find your local flying field and your LHS there you should find someone to help you (you have to ask) most people who fly heli's will be more than glade to help make the sport better if you are one of the unlucky few that has no one then you need to get a good sim like G3 this will save you a bundle of cash use it until you can hover all positions with out crashing then make or buy yourself some training gear and start SLOW ! also go here
http://www.dream-models.com/eco/flying-index.html
WHEN YOU GO THERE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS DON'T HURRY YOUR FLYING SKILLS (or the lack there of)
but i will say once more GET A GOOD FLIGHT SIM this is the most single thing that will help you and in the future when you think of that real cool maneuver then you you can do it on the sim and if things go real bad then you wont be waiting for parts
