Default Need Help with 1 problem on Thunderbird

Hey guys

I really got thrown into the deep end here , My Friend broke his heli (thunderbird) and decided to quit. I decided to give it a try.

I had to replace the tail router , but unfortunately I have no manual or anything to help me with this , that's why I'm turning to you guys

My problem is that as soon as I increase the speed the Heli starts doing a 360 degree turn and then dips ????

I played with the little curves on the 6ch remote and pushed it all the way to the left and right , it got better but even now it still goes 360 on me

My question is , could it be my main motor blades, or is it something to do with the tail motor

I think it's got a Gyro , but I don't know how or if I can or should adjust it ? ??? any help will be excellent .. and I will play with it and try , but I'm abit scared that I'm gonna damage it further or even worse destroy it ..

Thanks

W
