disobedient throttle

Default disobedient throttle


Hi All

Im having probs with my honey bee, setup seems to be ok,, but while hovering in my room,, it ,, erm,, seems to,, erm... ,,,,disobey me??? lol,,, i can hover it fine,, but (keeping at the same throttle) will suddenly drop,, and then rise,, and then drop again,, which as you can imagine,, has nearly took my mrs's head of while im trying to hover over her head! heh heh,

does anyone know what my be causing this???

What's wrong with you
Your probably getting some kind of glitch. Do you hear the motor changing speed?

lol,, ive only hit her once,,, got the video too!! heh heh,,

it does seem like a glitch,,, but i have no idea what could be causing it??

seems more like the glicth is in the pitch change rather than the motor speed?

any ideas?

I have a Blade CP that does that too. As I'm flying it over a certain spot in my front yard it drops in hight only for a split second and keeps going on it's way. It's always in the exact same spot. I've learned to live with it.

Nice one RCer22 Ive just tried is over the other side of the room and it seems ok!! Ill keep that one in mind! would love to know what causes it though,, is it some kinda radio deadspot??

Now everyone in the houses hates you because no-one is safe again!!! LOL

Could be something in the atmosphere, magnetic lines of force produced be the world all converging in that spot, perhaps the Bermuda triangle effect, maybe the devils corner down here. Who knows. I had an old AM radio installed in one of my old stick airplanes that would take a nose dive every time I would fly over a certain at a field I used to fly at. I used to get my kicks passing over that spot all the time. So it's not an uncommon thing.
