Hi guys!
I have an FM Futaba 6 channel heli TX and an 148DF receiver in my X-Cell 60ST heli.... is there any reason not to put a failsafe in between the throttle servo and the RX? I've seen several such units on Ebay and they seem to be very inexpensive, FAR less than changing my gear over to PCM!
I've been working on hovering and slow forward flights but worry constantly about anything going wrong radio-wise... something that will return the engine to idle upon losing signal seems like a good idea! I'd think it would even give me a good indicator if there's any glitching going on, right?
Thanks!
