I HAVE THE ECLIPS7 AND I HAVE SOME PROBLEMES WITH THE HEADING HOLD GYRO.
I CONECT THE GYRO TO THE CHANEL7 TO USE THE SWITCH FROM HEDING HOLD TO NORMAL
IN THE EPA OF CHANEL 4 I POOT THE VALUE OF 100% TOO BOTH SIDES .
THE VALUE OF NORMAL fligt condition IS 80% AND IN ST1, ST2 IS 90% (IN THE GYRO MODE )
THE VALUE OF THE MIXERS ARE INHIBIT INCLOOD THE VALUE OF THE REVMIX .
FOR NOW THE VALUE OF THE EXPO IS "0"
IF I TURN THE RUDER TOO THE LEFT OR RIGHT AND BRING BACK THE ROODER STICK TOO CENTER THE LED ON MY 401 ( FUTABA ) GYRO ARE FLASHING .
IT SEEMS LIKE THE GYRO COOLD NOT FIND THE NUTRAL OF THE SERVO AFTER I USE THE ROODER STICK.

A gentle reminder that writing in caps on the internet is like yelling your lungs out at someone.

you might want to make sure the ch 7 switch is either on or off, if it is off(down) then the hh mode will not be active. Keep everything like you had it before, Also 1st turn on radio, then the heli and wait until the quick flashes stop(don't touch the radio until this happens) and makes a solid red LED on the gyro, if it is flashing you aren't in hh mode.

asi1:: ... IF I TURN THE RUDER TOO THE LEFT OR RIGHT AND BRING BACK THE ROODER STICK TOO CENTER THE LED ON MY 401 ( FUTABA ) GYRO ARE FLASHING .
Which flashing?

Slow Flash ... no rudder signal ...
Intermittent flash ... Alarm ... when power turned on in Rate/normal mode. gyro not initialized.
Double flash ... when rudder command from TX is not equal to memorized neutral signal of gyro. This is OK if you are moving the stick but should stop when no stick input is occuring. Also after gyro initialization/meorization, if you adjust the rudder trim, this will occur. You will need to reinitialize for the new neutral setting.
Single Flash ... occurs only when you are manually reinitializing the gyro via the rapid mode change method.

Like others said, Turn TX on first, set TX to HH/AVCS mode, then power on heli/gyro, then wait until the gyro LED goes steady. After that, if you adjust the TX rudder trim, you will need to reinitialize the gyro ... either power off/on method or the rapid mode change method.

Good Luck,
