Right now I have the 9c radio, but I have been thinking about getting the 9zwc2. I wanted to know what extra features this radio has over the 9c, and if it would be worth the money. I did notice that at least three guys at my field have this radio.

OH,
No....I traded in a 9Z for a 9C. The 9Z was way too complicated and I spent way too much time trying to get it set up right.
If you would rather spend all day messing with your radio than flying, then this is the radio you need. If you would rather fly, then stick with the 9C, it is a great little radio.

Worth every penny! The 9C is a very nice radio, but it is simply is not in the class f the 9Z...of course it isn't in the price range either! It is a little more complicated to program initially, but with a little practice it is not hard at all and offers an infinite amount of options to help you set up a heli YOUR way...not just the way the programmer that wrote the software decided it should be.
