You should give your [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_6264252/anchors_6264252/tm.htm]first thread[/link] a bit more time. There are knowledgeable guys here, they'll come around soon enough.

theres not much in the way of budget servos...for a heli that size.......
your goona pay $20-$30 a piece....
servos like anypart of heli...you dont wanna skimp on quality.....
it would suck to crash a heli beacuse of a cheap servo failure.
futaba s3010.....great servos for a good price. around $25 a piece.
they do my raptor 50 real good......

You said you were on a budget, which is a relative term without stating a $ number.
But for training any low cost servo that has a record of being RELIABLE will do the job. Reliability is more important then speed or torque as long as the servo has enough of both (for a 30 size heli 42 oz. and .22 sec speed is fine).
So, any of the lower priced Futaba servos for helis (the heli designated servos are more vibration resistant then the airplane servos) will do fine. e.g. as mentioned, the S-3010.
I have over 270 relatively hard 3D flights on a Hawk Pro using the inexpensive S-3151 digital servos with no problems.
