They make a conversion kit or you can buy stuff seperate. Engine mount, 600mm blades, Boom, Belt, longer tail control rod and I'm not sure if you need to change the gearing. You may also need to upgrade your servos. I wouldn't run standard servos on a 50.

The gearing would also need to be changed. I recommend as badazzbusa said. Get the conversion kit it cost about $110 it has everything you need. I'm not sure if it has blades in it though.
I have an OS .37sz-h w/Hatori pipe which makes my little .30 size heli fly very close to .50.
