Default OS32 won't start

Hi all, can someone please help me with my OS32 engine, it just won't start. I have tried to reset it to the manual but I don't understand it. Can you please explain it in laymans terms, ie: mixture control valve screw turns in & out.

1 is the glow plug working, plug it up to your glow starter and see if the element turns red.
2 with the glow plug in, (tight but not to tight) but don't hook it up to the glow started. then turn the motor over and look at the fuel line to make sure fule is getting to the carb. try these with factory settings.

look in your manual for the factory settings, then turn the high and low needles in until they stop, then back them out until they are at factory settings. what i mean by turning them out is turn the needle counter clockwise for ex. if it says 3 1/5 turns out make 3 full turns counter clockwise then make a half a turn counter clockwise from fully closed position. if the carb is getting fuel and the glow plug is lite then it should fire. also you may want to give your throttle trim a few clicks in the up position. but make sure you hold on to the blades so you dont chop your yourself up. If i was you, and don't fully understand what is being said then take it to a hobby shop or someone that had used a nitro motor before and have them help you.
