What a Fantastic Ship! This is my First Bergen ! I am Very Suprised by how this goes together. First I was blown away by how well it is Packaged, Each Step was Packaged by itself so there are No Mistakes!. Very Thought out instructions that are Easy to Follow!! I took my time putting it together making sure that the lengths of the Pushrods are exact and everything is locktighted. This is a must build for anyone that loves Gassers!! Nothing is left to chance and you can see the engineering that went into this masterpiece! WOW is just about all I can say! Here is a couple of Photos of my progress.

I'm Using the G23 until Malorie finishes her testing of the G260. I've used both the RC 230 and the G 23. I feel the G 23 is a little more powerful but they both run strong! I use Bill Meaders setup for these engines and find that they Purr like Kittens!

Yes it is Malorie -- Looking forward to flying this machine as soon as the weather permits! Having a few storms BLOW through, Starting to BUG me!! I fly at least 3 times a week and volunteer with the Elementary School on the other 2 days! Lately all I have done is worked with about 60 Children! -- I do the "Get high On Hobbies Not Drugs" Program out of my own pocket! Best investment I ever made
They don't seem to mind that I have not done much flying.

Helo is finished and ready to start the paint on the canopie! I decided Not to paint on the inside of this clear lexan canopie so I joined the 2 halfs, Fiberglasses the seam from the inside and preped the outside for paint! The problem is 'What color do I Paint?' More later.

I too am flying an Intrepid gasser. Good 3D heli for a gasser at that. I Just 'upgraded' (w/in this mo.) from G23 Hanson modified Stg 1, to the new G231. I noticed that the Hanson modified is noticeably more powerful. I'm not sure if its due to the fact that the G231 is not yet broken in (I barely have had a gallon through it). I was planning to sell the G23, but will wait and see first if this G231 will gain more kick as it breaks in (maybe 6-8 gallons).

SHE FLEW!! What a Fantastic machine! Everything went without a hitch -- next step is to dial in the setup and do some testing. Then she will go in to a Huey 205 for starters until I finish my Mystery Ship

Well, I finnaly got off my duff and splashed a little paint! Did some water transfer decals on my HP2000 printer and shot a few coats of clear. My daughter liked this color so this is what I went with! She is 7 and I made the mistake of making EYE CONTACT!!
Enjoy!
