Default Swashplate on Learner

Yesterday my swashplate fell apart in two pieces in midair with total loss of control. Luckily the heli landed safely! The swashplate is pressed together from factory, but as far as I can see no Loctite is used to secure the pieces together. I was thinking of using Loctite 603 when I reassemble the parts together. Loctite 603 is a bit similar to threadlock, but is used in the industri to "glue" a ballbearing to the axle. Even if i bought a new swashplate I would still take it apart first thing and secure the bearing with Loctite 603. Any comments on this, someone?
