Idle up/throt. hold switchces
I learned on FSOne with idle up on the right (can invert on sim, and sim only), and throttle hold on left, same with my first two helis (BCPP & Falcon 3d [well, not throttle hold]) . Now, with my first REAL radio the throttle hold is on right side with idle up on left. To afraid to invert in real life yet, but still, how do u adapt to have the switches reversed? (dont think you can assign idle up or throttle hold on DX6). How do others do it.
Thanks in advance,

RE: Idle up/throt. hold switchces
Just practice. I fly other peoples helis when they show up with airplane radios and I learned to fly when idle up was on the front face 3 position switch. Once you get used to it the idle up on the left is more natural. No big deal but you will just have to concentrate a little harder for the a while, after a bit you won't even think about it.

I skipped that sim for that specific reason. Any idea as to why the manufacturer decided to go against what everyone else does as the norm?
