I would like to know wich is the larger heli, scale or not, you have ever seen (dimensiones, weight), and if you have some pics I would love to see them.
Thanks.

Being scale doesn't dictate its size. What the scale is does. Full scale is the largest. I have seen full scale RC helis that were used as drones. The larger the scale, the larger the size. 1/4 scale would be bigger than 1/5th scale for instance. Size depends on the size of the original.
I have seen a scale jet ranger than was about 4 feet tall. Pretty big and hard to haul around. Heres a web site for you to look at some different helis.

The Yamaha RMAX helicopter powered by a liquid-cooled 2-stroke, 246cc horizontal engine rated at 21hp, capable of covering a distance of about 10 kilometers or a flight time of 90 minutes with a 30 kg effective load capacity and a 10 foot rotor span. One of the crucial functions to control this revolutionary autonomous-flight helicopter is the YACS (Yamaha Altitude Control System). Mounted on the helicopter itself are an altitude sensor, a GPS (Global Positioning System) sensor and a communications modem. Observation equipment, consisting of a digital camera and a digital still camera, are mounted along with three miniature video cameras for navigation purposes. Images from these cameras are sent from the helicopter to the ground station on a realtime basis, where they are viewed on a four-window split screen monitor.

I have seen the rmax. It is a really cool heli. Very very big. They set up a demo flight to spray chemicals over ponds and canals. It was able to carry about 70 lbs..

Check out the MAY edition of Model Helicopter World! 2003
Rick Simmon's custom built HH-53 Jolly Green Giant
is up for the third time.
6 Blade, 7 foot DIA rotor disk! SAB wants a kilobuck to replace.
twin cylinder, 8 hp engine shoving it at 1100rpm.
40 Pounds all up.
4 point ccpm, split receiver on the swash. (3 & 6)(12 & 9)
Ramp opens, Rescue dude lowers on the cable...
Almost 8 feet in length.
The TR is almost as big as a rappy head, but with
four blades!
Took 16 months, and 10,000 to put her up.
Ranks right in there with bigness....
If you fly Model Heli, and you don't get MHW, may
I lovingly ask, "Why not!"

Sorry about the bad link. I don't know why it won't open for you. DARPA might have funny restrictions on the folder.
Try:

You are right about Schweizer. It is basically a 269 with no pilot space. The Humminbird has some outstanding performance numbers that really set it appart from any other.
