Default Idle Up 'stuck' on Hi Tech Eclipse 7

The 'idle on' warning seems to be stuck, on my Hitch Eclipse 7 radio. I have switched the Flt. mode switch back, but it makes no difference. Whatever model setting I use, it comes on, so long as the model is set to 'heli' mode!

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to reset it - I was meant to be flying today!

Thanks,

Steve P

Sorry steve sounds like the switch might be bad or shorted wire. Know a good technician?

Default try this

I too have an eclipse. I have the (on top) left, front button set so that all the way to the back (towards the trainer switch) is my 'normal' flight mode. If it is in any other position I got that error message. It doesnt seem to have anything to do with the idle up switch on the left.
Hope that helps.

Default Same Problem?

Thanks for the message AJM. Odd, because Mike Mayberry, at HiTech assures me that he's never come across a problem like mine before
