I have a brand new Sceadu 50 that came with this ugly small muffler used also for the Shuttle.

I am looking to get a better one, and it seems that either the Align for the 600N looks good and price is good, or the Curtis Y. muffler that is also in the price range.

Is there any other one I should consider, and which of the two do you recommend if those are fine. I am also looking for the one that makes the less noise possible if there is a difference because sometimes we fly close to a residential area.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Align and the CY are the best 2 for the money in my opinion. I think the CY is a little quieter but the Align is pretty quiet also.

If you want quiet get a hatori but you pay for it.

Other than that I think the Align and CY are a fair match, I run the Align now but if noise isn't a consideration where I fly.

I got a Hatori 522 and it is very quiet. Much quieter than the CY. Plenty of power too!
You have to trim the canopy with a Hatori on a Raptor 50/Titan, not sure whether whether its the same with a Sceadu.

Not heard the Align pipe so can't comment
