Just out of curiosity, are there any American made helicopters? Of any size or type?

Minature used to be the only one. I don't think they are US made anymore though.

Miniature Aircraft
x-cells, Fury, Tempest, Ion etc are American made.

Audacity is in the US but his are made overseas.

I'm not so sure Minature is still made in the US... maybe the kits are put together here (maybe) but I believe most, if not all, of the components are coming from outside now...

Is Bergen made in the US? I know they used to make their parts here when they were making components for the Xcell's but I fear they too are having their parts manufacturered out of the US...

The American Heli companies I know of are:

Bergen - Most components made in house

MinAir - most components made by subcontractors (many offshore) and packaged in the USA

Audacity - all made and packaged offshore.

Century - all made offshore, but they own the factury that does most of the production (pictures on their site) - their factory also makes parts for a number of other brands)

Quick World Wide - most all components subcontracted offshore.
