Default Reducing Pitch

I just rebuilt my T-Rex after a pretty bad crash and I'm finding that with 0 pitch at center stick, I'm getting +12 and and -12 at high and low stick. I've seen instructions for increasing pitch, but none for reducing the amount of pitch. I'm using a DX-6. Any ideas which links I should be adjusting, or is there something I need to do in radio programming to change it.

Easiest to bump it down by moving the link out one hole on the servos or reduce the trows via the transmitter programing. Programing is more accurate.

Just go into the swash menu and reduce the percentage for PITCH or PIT whatever that radio says

So, do you mean change the low and high pitch curve settings in the transmitter.

no, under swash AFR you'll find settings like

Pit +60
ELE +60
Ail -60

What ever the value is for pitch reduce it. Don't worry about the sign in front, I think stock is 60 so change it to 50 and see what that gives you.
