Sounds like a stripped servo horn or gear. Looking at the video, I would have a closer look at your elevator servo, maybe check them all. It doesn't sound like binding, it sounds like something is stripped.

well, should i ask for a new servo, or for a new bird.

If it is a stripped servo, just ask them for a new servo (it's easy to change a servo).

ok thanks, I also noticed that when i spool up the bird wants to pitch left, is this because the blades when stopped flop to the left, and i have to adjust the weight.

even if i scoot across the floor, in the gymnasium at the school where i work, it still wants to go counter clock wise, Any way today i broke a blade tip and the main motor took a crap.
