Hi all... I'm new to the RC world. Without any experience I puchased a Falcon 3D heli LOL. After realizing i was way over my head I purchased the Clearview Flight Sim. I was given an E sky 4 channel transmitter with a usb cable that works with the sim. My question is my ART-TECH Efly 6 channel transmitter didn't come with any cables. Is there any USB cables out there for this and where are they. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks ....Rich

Hi Rich, welcome to the incredible world of rc-flying! I believe you made a pretty good choice for your first heli. Art-tech does make a usb cable for the 6-channel Transmitter, the part no. is 302101. Maybe Hobby Lobby carries them? On the other hand, what you need to do on the simulator is get used to different orientations of the heli and what to do to be able to hover it, which you should be able to learn on your current simulator with the 4-channel transmitter.
I would also suggest a visit to www.falcon-3d.co.za this is our local falcon website. You will find an article on it called "hovering for dummies" which is intended to help beginners get their falcons in the air with the mimimum of hassle.
Best regards

Hi Cristie, Thank you for your help . I have been using the the Sim with the 4 channel transmitter and I'm sorta getting some hovering in LOL... I don't know if a 6 channel transmitter will have a different effect on the sim compaired to the 4 channel transmitter. I just thought if i used the same transmitter on the sim as i would with the heli i would get a better feel of how it reactes. I'm only saying that because after a kazillion crashes on the sim with the 4 channel i figured out how to get the falcon 3d on there to Fly inverted. Trust me i still get confused with the different orientations and now inverted everything is backwards! LOL I'll keep practicing on the sim. Thanks again...Rich
