Default Contacting NHP

Hello,
Does anybody know how I can contact NHP. I bought a carbon tail servo mount by them, and it doesnt fit. I bought the right one (Raptor 30)... I am a little more than upset that I cant find a website for them, and more than pissed that I now have an opened package (that my LHS wont return BTW) and a heli that is disassembled!

FBW I had the same thing, I had to drill an extra hole in the carbon plate on one of my raptors...

seems there was a bad batch that went out with shuttle or summat plates...

I had to also cut down the carbon rod as well (heat fitting to dissolve epoxy cut down and re epoxy)

Thats BS, you'd think that for the price of these things, they'd get it right. Anyone know of how to contact them? Im not about to start drilling and cutting.

no offense, but your hobby shop really should take the item back, especially if it does not fit. if they don't i would just contact the credit card company or BBB. normally within 30 days the store, not the manufacture is responsible for taking returns... but what do i know

Your Local Hobby store is obliged to take it back within 30 days if the goods are faulty...
