I've installed a K & S 50 pipe. After ten flights with it, I found some abnormal sounds coming out from inside of the pipe. I opened it up and find a loosing part (cylinder like). I enclosed a photo. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
Would you mind sharing your experience with me?

Could you teach me how to do that? I really want to get rid of the small cylinder inside and part of exhaust. Why? Just think about how to clean out accumulated oil inside. Can never do it just by holding your chopper cabin upside.
Without the cylinder, you don't lose anything. Rather you possibly get more power since the inner volume of the pipe is kinda enlarged. Just give me a hint how to do that.

I don't know how. It is a new muffler. I installed it last week. I found some abnormal sound after my flight yesterday. And I found the small cylinder was loosened.
I am practicing autorotation during the last few flights but I could not managed very well the pitch of the heli. Sometimes, the heli hit the ground ABRUPTLY.
I guess this is how I made this

OK then I am gonna try hard landing. Hope it works on my muffler, too. (Gee, what if the skid is broken without even a scratch on the muffler...)

Practicing Autorotation is not a good thing to try.
Besides the mufflers, I found my clutch was not function correctly. It was not be able to return its original position after several attempts on autorotation. The clutch becomes slightly larger. You know, i.e. the blades would rotate as soon as the engine was started.
Hopefully, I learned one more skill.

Well, mine is voyager50. Overall it is a good heli but too many brass bushings instead of ball bearings. So far I have changed tail boom to carbon option (due to a crash), bearinged seesaw arm (bushing had about 0.2mm play) and bearinged washout arm for same reason. Still I need bearinged seesaw.
I would rather recommend sceadu50 for beginners. It has bearings where needed and lighter than voyager due to plastic frame. They have now sceadu3D and look how gorgeous it is!

It is not easy task to replace all the bsuhing to bearing.
I know sceadu50 was a good heli too. Actually, I' m flying Raptor 30. It is also a good heli for beginner. I want to upgrade that heli once I managed the basic skills. I want more power.
I am considering helis like
Sceadu 50
Freya X - Spec
Fury XP
Raptor 50 V2
That's whay I had post another thread in this forrm.
