Default Fly Bar

I Have the belt cp and I would like to know if the fly bar should be able to spin360 when I do it with my hand? Another words when I take the paddle in hand and turn it along with the fly bar I can turn it 360 freely .Is that OK?

No the linkage to your head should stop the turning, about 30 max either way is normal.

Should be two set screws you have to tighten.... In the control arms. Look at the pic here and you'll see the two set screws and the part they go into.

OK I found the problem had to order parts .Thanks for the help .It was the part that you gave the link for . It was broke where the set screw locks and therefore would spin. Thanks again.
