hi,
I'm only a newcomer to heli's (so take what I say with a grain of salt), but people I trust told me to only use loctite on metal to metal threads, as it eats into the plastic. metal to plastic can be secured by a small drop of thin CA (I think this is what is recommended in the Raptor manual).
Hope that helps,
Steve

Use locktite on any screw or setscrew that screws into a metal part. Example: setscrews on the mast collar, setscrews through the tail hub to the tailshaft, and the screws through the head that go into the aluminum seesaw arm. Also the screws that hold the motor to the motor mount as well as the screws trhough the frame into to motor mount. There are probably others but you get the idea. Any screw that screws into a metal part. Not to include the metal nuts with the nylon inserts.

I just finished my raptor using Fritz the Cats (http://members.telocity.com/fritzthecat/) instructions and he lays out exxactly where to use Lock-Tite and many assembly tips. The only problems I had assembling the raptor was when I didn't thoroughly read his instructions. Check it out!
