Default Quick 15 to Quick E COnversion

My buddy Bill and I started looking at the Quick 15 conversion to an E heli last week. I ripped out the following:

Tank
Rubber tank supports
Start shaft
Clutch
Clutch Bell
Pinion Bearing Block
Engine Mount

Doing this I lost 6.4 oz of weight and only gained .9 oz. with the new motor mount.

To replace the bearing block, Bill machined a new block/motor mount, and I installed a Hacker B50-18S. I will also be using either a Hacker Master ESC, or a Phoenix 45 with 10 cells. I'm going to put a UBEC and the esc where the tank was. The battery will mount under the skids like the Voyager.

I will be completing the heli next week. I need to order some
