Default Ordering online vs. local shops

I live in miami fl and there are really no good shops down here. They charge at least 40% more than online. I have tried ordering from some online shops that were recomended here but most require a signature for delivery. They will not leave it at the door because it's a condo. This is getting really frustrating. Ieither get F&cked in the *** by the local shop owner or the shipping company. I can't win. Anybody else have this issue and figure out a way to solve it?

get it shipped FedEx and go down to your local office and put a signature waiver on file, they'll leave ANYTHING once you do that, but you're responsible for the item after it's dropped off, even if it was damaged in shipping.

How old are you? Just curious... you seem to be asking a "life" question...

Age could be an issue.

Ihave been in the shipping/receiving game for the past 15 years. Our local hobby shops do not carry helicopter parts. They also do not carry
heli parts for my older helis. Ihave been ordering parts from Heliproz or Rick's Heli (Heliproz South) and have the parts shipped to my work.
Since Iam the receiving person Iknow when the parts get delivered and Ialso no they won't get lost in transitthru the company mailsystem.

Can you have theparts shipped to another address?

I order lots of parts from Ka-Planes in Melbourne, Fl. and never have a problem with shipping to Pennsylvania. Usually get them in 2 to 3 days.
