Default Crash and Dash

Hi All,

I’ve been in the hobby for a long time, however I have never had a day like today and don’t wish it on anyone. It started out as a cool morning at 8 am about 80 degrees Arizona time. Nice day to fly a rig, mine and was a heli and I was Itching to fly so I did and had fun for one tank because that’s all I wanted to do. Well here is the kicker the Plankers were flying combat (not at a AMA field) and one of the planes lost half of there wings due to a mid air collision. Not good for flying in a controlled manor it was coming strait for me and a friend at the last second it SMASHED into the hood of my car a 2000 Alero and it ***** it up in a major way. The pilot came over and said it was not his fault and to bad for me. I said I was sorry that he lost his plane and would he make the damages to my car right by fixing it. He just walked away loaded his crap in his truck and left, what a **** I’m so mad right now and I do have a License number a name for the Ass wipe and I do have the money for a lawyer so he is in my cross hairs big time.

NAME is Darryl

Truck is company owned white Chevy Truck

Lic is CB57697

I hope his boss flies RC

Had Pictures taken they will be coming soon.

HIT AND RUN, that really sucks. People like that should not be allowed out of their house!!!! Hope everything works out well. Did the plane have an AMA number?

I also wish I lived in Arizona ... It's been raining in central Fla. for the last week and a half.

Definitly call the police and have a report filed. What he did was quiet illegal, but if you don't file a report you have very little legal recourse.

File, and the sooner the better. Don't let him get away with it. Gives modelers a bad name when one shreks his responcibility.

I contacted the police after I went to the body shop and got the bill for 2164.26 ouch. He's going to Jail for Crimal damage that's a class five felony and He must make restatution to me by law. I got this guy by the nads big time. I really wish I could see the look on his face when the detectives show up at his job asking for him and telling him he's staying with buba for awile hehe. dosn't pay to be a Jerk.
