I called to check where my subscription was and the lady on the end of their customer service line was so uncooperative, rude and short. It seemed like she wanted to get off the phone as soon as she answered it. I told her that I was not happy that I had not received my subscription yet and she basically said oH WELL. I told her that I did not pay for the subscription to not get my monthly magazines, she said, well, maybe you should cancel your subscription then. I told her maybe I will, and she said then go ahead, I can cancel it right now for you. I was totally shocked by her attitutde and the way that she was dealing with a paying customer. If they continue to treat their customers this way, they will not have to worry about delayed magazines, they won't have any to have to send out....They also said that they were going to be combining issues in January/February - I believe in an effort to cut costs, but nevermind the fact that I paid for a full year of magazines.
By the way - I did cancel my subscription.....maybe you should too

I picked mine up at the LHS yesterday and as usual found it a great read. Worth the wait.

I got mine the first of the week. It was way late. I was disapointed in there delivery time.
Since in there previous issue they promised to deliver in the first week of each month.
Good magizine though and I'm happy to get it.
