Eclipse 7, R-T mix
Hi guys,
any Eclipse 7 clever person around? I'm running Eclipse 7, QPCM, with a Raptor 50. Everything works allright, except for the Rudder-Throttel Mixing. I have every sorts of ways to get it to work. I can program the data into the transmitter allright, but I don't get any response from the throttel when I apply the rudder. Anyone seen this problem with Hitech before?? Appreciate a solution, I belive it will facilitate hovering. Lars Fors, Santa Pola , Spain |
RE: Eclipse 7, R-T mix
Remember that the function is only working in
"normal" flightmode. Stig |

RE: Eclipse 7, R-T mix
Which value have You programmed into the radio? Which mode are Your radio,
1 or 2? Which sticks are You using for roll / nick and rudder? Are You sure that You are in NOR flightmode. Have You tried other settings with the flightmodeswitch? Stig |
RE: Eclipse 7, R-T mix
I have tried values from +-10 up to +-100 in the R-T mix menue, no difference.
I'm using left stick l-r for rudder, ch 4, and right stick l-r for roll, ch 1. I'm positively in NOR mode, you can't set the R-T mix values in other modes. I have tried all other switch settings I can think of, but nothing gives the R-T mix to function. What do you mean with radio mode 1 or 2? Is that FM or PCM? I'm using the PCM mode. Lars |
RE: Eclipse 7, R-T mix
In mode 1 the rudder is in the right stick and the aileron/ roll in the
left stick. If the radio is in mode 1 the r-t mix will work from the right stick. You can try. Stig |
RE: Eclipse 7, R-T mix
OK, will try when I have recharged the batterys after this mornings hopping around.
Thnx. LarsFors |
RE: Eclipse 7, R-T mix
Heureka!! Found it! (Not with the mode 1 suggestion thou, which is not a good idea anyway, if you like to use one stick for roll-nick as in the real thing....)
The channel 7 switch must be in the forward position for the R-T mix function to work. Nothing mentioned of that in the manual!! LarsFors |
